User Eligibility

HANDS OF GOLD has no intention to collect or use any personal information from anyone who is not competent to enter into a contract as per The Indian Contract Act, 1872, and “HANDS OF GOLD” will not knowingly do so. In the event, “HANDS OF GOLD” is made aware that “HANDS OF GOLD” has collected any personal information from a person who is not competent to enter into a contract as per The Indian Contract Act, 1872, and “HANDS OF GOLD” is asked to delete such information from the system and/or record, “HANDS OF GOLD” will promptly do so.

Dispute Resolution

The Sole Arbitrator shall reach and render a reasoned decision in writing with respect to the appropriate award to be rendered or remedy to be granted pursuant to the dispute.
2. To the extent practical, decisions of the Sole Arbitrator shall be rendered no more than ninety (90) days following commencement of proceedings with respect thereto.
3. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the venue for arbitration shall be Jammu & Kashmir, India.
4. The Sole Arbitrator shall be entitled to award costs of the arbitration and the costs of arbitration will be borne by such party which is/ are directed by the arbitrator to so bear the costs of arbitration.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws prevailing in India, as amended from time to time and courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India will have jurisdiction.
General
1. You may not assign these Terms of Use or any of Your interests, rights or obligations under these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms of Use shall be deemed as further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. You may preserve these Terms of Use in written form by printing them for Your records, and You waive any other requirement for these Terms of Use to be proved by means of a written document.
