SHIPPING RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above INR. 999/-, shipping shall be done free of cost. A shipping charge of INR. 100/- is applicable to all orders below INR 999/-.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 3-4 business days in metros and 4-5 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
(We shall not be responsible for any delays which are due to an event out of control of the Company)
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We aim to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and message on your registered e-mail Id and mobile number with the details of the tracking number
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
What is the return policy on “HANDS OF GOLD”?
Most of our products are eligible for return and exchange. However, there are certain items which are not eligible for returns or exchange and it clearly mentioned under the details of such product(s).
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. You can also email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation for the concerned product.
** ”HANDS OF GOLD” reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card from where the payment was made. For Cash on Delivery orders, the customers will be required to provide the bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5 (Five) business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note that there are certain items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
Every product displayed on our website are handmade and based on craft styles, some being 100% organically processed. There may be natural blemishes/distinctions that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade or handcrafted products, so you may find slight distinctions that make your purchase special and truly one-of-a-kind.
